Krystal Rogers, M.Ed.

Krystal Rogers is the Founder and CEO of KleerVue Consulting and creator of the KVC Operating Stage Framework.


She brings more than 15 years of experience across operations, customer success, implementation, growth, and organizational leadership, including executive leadership within venture-backed companies.


Her work focuses on helping founders and entrepreneurship organizations make better operating decisions by connecting business priorities to the evidence a company has actually established.
